Investment Pledge / Announcement Criteria
1
Only projects within the boundaries of the Gauteng City Region will be considered.
2
Project must be either new investment (greenfield) or expansion of current investment (brownfield)
3
The project must reflect fixed capital investment of minimum R100 million (no opex included) and is expected to reach start of operation by 2026.
4
The announcement must have reached feasibility stage.
5
Companies making announcements to provide a project details/description and implementation plan
6
Companies to complete the company declaration and project details as per attached slides
7
Each company to make an undertaking to provide Gauteng Growth & Development Agency with at least quarterly project updates
